1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing myreleaseroom.com, booking a session, completing a waiver, or participating in any My Release Room™ experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants, guests, event organizers, corporate clients, and anyone who interacts with My Release Room™ in any capacity.

2. About My Release Room™

My Release Room™ is a somatic release experience operated by My Release Room LLC, a subsidiary of She's On Purpose, Inc., located at 242 Stockbridge Rd, Suite 6, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. We offer smash release sessions, paint release sessions, guided somatic release experiences, intimate release circles, corporate and group experiences, school field trips, and mobile pop-up events.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Participants must be ages 8 and up to participate in any My Release Room™ experience. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at check-in to sign the participant waiver on their behalf. A parent or legal guardian must supervise all minor participants throughout the entire experience.

My Release Room™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet eligibility requirements or who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

4. Bookings and Payment

All session bookings require prepayment in full at the time of reservation through our online booking system powered by Vagaro. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation is issued.

• Walk-in sessions are the only exception to the prepayment requirement and may be paid on site until 6PM daily based on room availability
• Group and corporate bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 7 days before the event date
• School field trips must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance with a 50% non-refundable deposit
• Mobile experiences require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are subject to a $100 travel fee for locations more than 10 miles from our Jonesboro location
• Payment processing is handled by Vagaro. A processing fee of 3.5% plus $0.15 applies to all transactions

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. The following cancellation policy applies to all individual session bookings:

• 24 hours or more notice: full rebooking credit valid toward any future session
• Less than 24 hours notice: one-time rebooking credit valid for 60 days
• No-shows: forfeit their session in full with no credit issued. A no-show is defined as failing to arrive and failing to contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled session
• Late arrivals: receive a shortened session for the remainder of their scheduled time with no refund or credit for time lost
• Group and mobile event cancellations: require 14 days notice for a rebooking credit. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance
• Rebooking credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

6. Health and Safety Requirements

All participants are required to:

• Complete and sign a participant waiver before entering any release space
• Wear all required protective gear including goggles, gloves, and coverall at all times during smash sessions
• Wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes inside the release area
• Follow all safety instructions provided by My Release Room™ staff
• Refrain from participating under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair judgment
• Disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or pregnancy prior to participation
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session to complete check-in and safety briefing

My Release Room™ reserves the right to refuse or stop participation at any time for safety or conduct reasons. No refund will be issued when a session is stopped due to rule violations or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Participation in My Release Room™ experiences involves inherent physical risks including but not limited to injury from flying debris, broken materials, physical exertion, and unforeseen circumstances. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Release Room LLC, She's On Purpose Inc., Dr. Dashia, and all affiliated staff, volunteers, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any My Release Room™ experience or use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

My Release Room™ is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and intentional space for all participants. We reserve the right to refuse service to or remove any person who:

• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Displays combative, threatening, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other guests
• Refuses to follow safety instructions or room rules
• Intentionally damages fixtures, equipment, or the facility
• Poses a safety risk to themselves or others

Removal for conduct violations results in forfeiture of all payments. My Release Room™ reserves the right to ban individuals from future bookings and to involve law enforcement when appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on myreleaseroom.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements is the property of My Release Room LLC and She's On Purpose Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The following are registered or common law trademarks of She's On Purpose Inc.: My Release Room™, She's On Purpose™, SHE-WOKE™, Journal Bar™, Release and Rise™, and The SHIFT System™. Unauthorized use of any trademark or brand asset is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from My Release Room LLC.

10. Photo and Video

By participating in any My Release Room™ experience and signing the participant waiver, you grant My Release Room LLC and She's On Purpose Inc. the right to photograph, film, and record your participation and to use those images and recordings for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and all official brand websites.

If you do not consent to being photographed or filmed you must notify a staff member before your session begins. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

11. Website Use

You agree to use myreleaseroom.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. You must not use this website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.

My Release Room™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any service at any time without notice.

12. Third Party Services

Our website and booking system use third party services including Vagaro, Brevo, SlickText, and Squarespace. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. My Release Room™ is not responsible for the practices of these third party providers.

13. Inclement Weather

For indoor sessions at our Jonesboro location, inclement weather does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Guests are encouraged to plan travel accordingly.

For outdoor mobile and pop-up events, My Release Room™ reserves the right to cancel due to severe weather conditions that pose a safety risk. In the event of a weather cancellation initiated by My Release Room™, deposits will be converted to full credits with no expiration. See our full Policies page for complete details.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clayton County, Georgia, except where prohibited by law.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us directly at info@myreleaseroom.com to attempt an informal resolution.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
