How It Works

Here is exactly what happens when you book.

Not a gym. Not therapy. A facilitated release experience where you show up, suit up, and walk out lighter. Here is what to expect from start to finish.

Book Online

Choose your session and book instantly online. All sessions are prepaid at booking. Sessions start at $60. Walk-ins welcome until 6PM based on availability.

🦺

Suit Up

Arrive 15 minutes early. We provide goggles, gloves, and a coverall. Our team walks you through a safety briefing. Bring closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes.

💥

Release

Step in and let it go. Smash sessions run 25 to 60 minutes. You name what you are releasing. We bring the bat, the breakables, and the space to do it safely.

🌬️

Walk Out Lighter

Every session ends with a brief nervous system regulation moment. You leave settled, not spinning. You came in carrying something. You walk out without it.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give you a place to put down what you have been carrying, the grief, the rage, the silence, the survival, the workplace tension, and walk out more regulated, encouraged, and lighter than you walked in.

Men, women, and youth.

Everyone carries something.

Everyone deserves a place to release it.

Through guided smash release, somatic regulation practices, breathwork, and trauma-informed facilitation, we give you a safe, structured, affordable space to release, and begin again.
