Room Rules

Before you step in, read this.

My Release Room™ is a safe, structured, and intentional space. These rules exist to protect you, the people around you, and the experience you came here for. Please read them before your session begins.

Safety Rules
  • Wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes only. Flats, heels, sandals, or shoes that expose the top of the foot or heel are not allowed. No exceptions.
  • All protective gear including goggles, gloves, and coverall must be worn at all times inside the release space.
  • Only swing tools toward the designated target wall. Never swing toward another person.
  • Only throw breakables toward the target wall.
  • Inspect your breaking tool before use. Check for cracks or looseness and notify staff immediately if anything seems off.
  • Do not hit walls, shelving, tables, or fixtures with tools.
  • Do not stand on tables or any elevated surface.
  • Do not break objects when the room door is open.
  • If you become injured during your session, stop immediately and notify a My Release Room team member.
  • No participation if you are pregnant or believe you may be.

During Your Session
  • If debris accumulates during your session, pause and ask a team member to sweep before continuing to avoid slipping.
  • Leave all tools and protective gear in the designated area outside the session room after use.
  • Check yourself for debris such as glass when exiting the room or removing protective gear.
  • If your protective gear has body fluids or blood on it, do not place it with other used gear. Notify a team member immediately.
  • Photos and videos are permitted during your session. By participating, you acknowledge that My Release Room™ reserves the right to use any photo or video taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
  • My Release Room™ is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought into the release space.

Prohibited Actions
  • No participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of all payments.
  • Do not purposely damage fixtures including lighting, tables, speakers, or building structures. Damage to fixtures will result in a fine.
  • Combative, harassing, or threatening behavior toward a My Release Room™ team member or other guests will result in immediate removal, potential ban, and law enforcement may be called.
  • My Release Room™ team members reserve the right to stop any session at any time for safety or conduct reasons. No refund will be issued when a session is stopped due to rule violations.
