My Release Room™ is fully mobile and available for corporate events, school wellness days, conferences, and community activations across Georgia. Corporate wellness curriculum included. $100 travel fee for locations more than 10 miles from Jonesboro.

Walk-ins welcome until 6PM daily. Tuesday through Friday 10AM to 6PM and Saturday through Sunday 9AM to 6PM. Booking in advance is recommended on weekends.

My Release Room™ offers a structured field trip experience that combines physical release with real emotional learning. Grounded in the Release and Rise™ curriculum, students do not just smash things. They learn why release matters and what to do with what comes up.

What Is Included
Pre-trip lesson from the Release and Rise™ curriculum delivered at your school before the visit. Supervised smash session with a minimum of 5 smashable items per student. Full safety gear for every participant. Post-trip lesson delivered after the visit to help students process and build tools they can use going forward.
Booking Requirements
Must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance. Full payment required at time of booking. Minimum of 30 students and maximum of 50 students per trip. 1 chaperone or school staff member required for every 15 students. All participants must be in grades 3 through 12.
Release and Rise™ Curriculum Preview
Pre-Trip Lesson
What Is Release?
Delivered by the classroom teacher using a video recorded by Dr. Dashia and downloadable lesson materials. Students explore what emotions are, what it means to carry something, and how to set an intention before their experience. Approximately 30 minutes.
Post-Trip Lesson
What Did You Put Down?
Delivered by the classroom teacher using a video recorded by Dr. Dashia and downloadable lesson materials. Students reflect on what they released, name what came up during the experience, and build tools to use when emotions feel heavy. Includes a guided reflection activity. Approximately 30 minutes.
Lesson materials including teacher guide and student reflection activity are available for download after booking is confirmed and payment is received.
Total trip cost: $900 minimum (30 students) to $1,500 maximum (50 students). Contact us to check availability and begin the booking process.
