My Release Room™ offers a structured field trip experience for students ages 8 and up that combines physical release with real emotional learning. Grounded in the Release and Rise™ curriculum, students do not just smash things. They learn why release matters and what to do with what comes up.

This is not a class trip to a museum. This is a release experience built specifically for young people who have been carrying more than they should. Every student leaves with language for what they put down and tools for what comes next.
Before the visit, students receive a pre-trip lesson from the Release and Rise™ curriculum delivered at your school. The lesson introduces the concept of emotional release, sets the intention for the experience, and prepares students ages 8 and up for what they will encounter in the room.
Students are fully suited up with goggles, gloves, and a coverall. Each student receives a minimum of 5 smashable items and full access to the release room under the supervision of our trained facilitators. Every student is walked through a safety briefing before entering the space.
After the visit, students receive a post-trip lesson from the Release and Rise™ curriculum delivered at your school. The lesson helps students process what they experienced, name what they released, and build tools they can use going forward.
